The sixth of our bi-monthly case studies for 2014 is Sustaining Teamwork for the Death Railway Trek by Rachel Beswetherick.

In this case study Rachel gives us an insight into the challenging Death Railway trek that she undertook with her brother Luke. The 325km trek took 21 days and the Team Management Profile (TMP) and the Opportunities-Obstacles (QO2™) Profile were used as a pivotal part of their preparation.
