New Learning Exchange E-Journal:

Edition 96 has just been released in the Learning Exchange and focuses on communication and energy.

Feature article contributors are Arky Ciancutti, Pat McLagan, Dick McCann and Jon Gordon.

Arky Ciancutti starts the edition with a look at communication and energy to give core knowledge and points on how to 'communicate with anyone'; Pat McLagan takes a thought-provoking exploration of elan at work that is bound to motivate and energize us all; Dick McCann poses the question of whether communication is competition or collaboration and shows the very real impact Pacing Skills can have; and Jon Gordon rounds out the edition with the case for positive energy, reinforcing its importance and providing best practices and strategies for you and your team.

New Online Case Studies:

Bradford University

The third of our bi-monthly case studies for 2014 is Building on Success by Liz Proctor.

Looking to build on their success and explore new ideas, the University of Bradford's Department of Estates and Facilities turned to the Team Management Profile. Liz Proctor, Training and Development Adviser in the university's staff development team worked with the department throughout the process. This case study discusses the design of the initial and ongoing sessions along with the outcomes and results.
