Credentials include Critical Decision Mapping™, Team Management Systems instruments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment, Civil Treatment series from ELI, Diversity, Bottom Line Innovations, Influencing Skills, Situational Leadership and the FranklinCovey-Series. John has his CPC and holds advanced executive study certifications in Strategic Management from William and Mary, Economic Tools for Strategic Decision-Makers from Purdue University and Negotiations from Harvard Business School. John has a Bachelors degree in Organization Psychology from San Diego State University and is currently working on his Masters in Organizational Behavior.
