Staying In Front solutions
Paul is owner of Staying In Front solutions, a training and consulting firm that provides Learning and Development and Experiential training services to corporations and non-profit organizations both in Australia and the Asia Pacific. He consults regularly with executives from a variety of fields to help create sustainable solutions to people performance and organisational development issues. Prior to starting up his own company, he led a corporate performance team engaged in creating and delivering high end experiential learning activities. He saw that there was a significant increase in knowledge retention when the trainer was able to incorporate the right kind of experiential activity in to the program. Paul also saw the gaps between face to face training and blended Learning and wanted to bring them closer together, with eLearning, mLearning and web2, it was time. Prior to this, Paul experience includes an International executive sales background with a large international training organization and eight years in the Middle East as head of a training facility.
His knowledge of educational systems and processes won him contracts to map programs to the National Vocational Qualifications in the UK and design courses for Registered Training Organisations in Australia. He has contributed to many books and articles and is currently developing programs that look at how businesses can achieve greater performance results by relooking at employee and customer interrelationships.
Raised in Birmingham, England, Paul is now an Australian citizen based near Sydney. A member of the eLearning guild and an accredited facilitator for Team Management Systems (TMS), Paul knows how important it is to create sustainable learning.
