Team Management Systems (TMS) accreditation is required to access and work with the Team Management Systems assessments and feedback Profiles.

With both public workshops held around the world each year and a long-standing e-learning technology-base, combined with options for in-company or individual accreditation, TMS aims to provide the ideal access point for all training requirements.

The accreditations are designed to offer an opportunity for individuals to gain an understanding of the theoretical concepts and practical applications of Team Management Systems' assessments and, as a result, successfully integrate Team Management Systems into their work. The programs are designed for human resource, training and organization development professionals. However, management staff may also find accreditation useful for development of their own staff. The programs focus on content and applications and presumes some training/facilitation experience.

Public Workshops

The TMS Public Workshops are all designed to maximize learning through interactive simulations, presentations and theoretical explanation. At the end of the workshop you will have all the knowledge, skills and support materials to enable you to design and conduct your own programs.

E-Accreditation

The Accreditation E-Learning Series is a flexible alternative to traditional public accreditation workshops. The modules use real-world learning and theory to highlight key applications and workplace objectives. They give you the tools and knowledge to implement new and improved paths for personal, team and organizational development.

With online performance support available through our E-Coaches, interactive simulations using real-world case studies, games, ROI through evaluations and self-assessments, a personal Knowledge Center and 12-month review access to module content - you will be well equipped to empower change and development for both yourself and those in your team/organization.
