My Team
Are you part of a high performing team? My Team is a quick and insightful team performance diagnostic built on the Types of Work Wheel. It helps learners self-assess how the team is functioning across the eight Types of Work and the critical skill of Linking. The tool uses data from each respondent’s Team Management Profile and their answers to a short questionnaire to generate customised, actionable feedback. You'll gain instant data, insights and recommendations to create targeted team action plans for continuous improvement.
